The Citizens’ Hall is arranged in a theatre-style. There are 100 seats, together with extra chairs (folding seats) the number of seats is 110. The arrangement of seats is not changed and no additional chairs can be taken from elsewhere.
There is the Estonia grand piano in the hall. If the piano needs tuning, it will be done by the organiser of the concert at their own expense. The Town Hall does not provide music stands, extra lighting or any other equipment. If needed, the organiser must bring its own music stands or extra lighting.
The organiser of a concert will take care of advertising and ticket sales and is the owner of income from the sale of tickets. A concert poster in A 3 size in portrait format, created by the organiser, can be placed behind the glass board next to the entrance to the Town Hall.
The rent of the Town Hall for a public concert is 300 €/concert which includes up to 2 hours concert time and up to 2 hours rehearsal prior. If the time-limit is exceeded, it will cost 200€/per hour extra.
The rent for a private concert is 200€/hour and it also applies to setup, rehearsal etc.
The rent includes VAT.
Please note that the Town Hall does not organise concerts but rents out the Citizens’ Hall for concert agents.
