Visit Tallinn Town Hall

Please note that:

• The attic is closed from September to May.
• The visit of the Town Hall does not include the visit of the Town Hall Tower. The Tower is open from June to September only and cannot be visited by appointment.
• Tallinn Card is NOT valid for visits outside seasonal opening hours.
• Special fees apply for private appointments (14 €/ 10 €) outside seasonal opening hours.

GROUPS and guided tours only by appointment by e-mail raekoda@tallinnlv.ee, at least 5 days in advance. Groups need an authorised guide for a visit.

From 1 June to 31 August, the Town Hall is open from the Cellar to the Attic – four floors of history:
Mon – Thu 11.00-18.00
Fri    –  Sun 11.00-16.00
Last entrance 30 minutes before closing.
Closed on 23-24 June, 20 August and on receptions. 

The Tower is open from 1 June to 31 August every day 11-18. Last entrance at 17.30. Closed on public holidays (23-24 June, 20 August).

Appointment is not necessary during seasonal opening hours (except for groups and guided tours).

During the New Year’s season, the Town Hall is open December 28-30, 11-16 Last admission at 15.30.
Tickets 7 € / 5 €, family ticket 15 €. Free with Tallinn Card.
The Tower is closed in winter.
