Visit

From 9 January to 18 February 2020 the Town Hall is closed for repairs.

From October to June (except the first week in January), the Town Hall can be visited by advance appointment Mon-Fri 10-16, dependent on availability. Reservations should be madeby e-mail raekoda@tallinnlv.ee or Mon-Fri by phone (+ 372) 6 457 900, preferably 3 days in advance. 

At weekends, the town hall is closed, with the exception of pre-booked and pre-paid group tours led by authorised Town Hall guides (bookings at least 10 days in advance by e-mail raekoda@tallinnlv.ee ).

  • The attic is closed from October to June.
  • The visit of the Town Hall does NOT include the visit of the Town Hall Tower.  The tower is open in summer only.
  • Tallinn Card is NOT valid for the visit of the Town Hall from October to June (except 27-29 December 2018 and 2-5 January 2019)

GROUPS and guided tours only by appointment by e-mail raekoda@tallinnlv.ee, at least 10 days in advance. Groups need an authorised guide for a visit.   
NB! Only authorised Town  Hall guides and are entitled to conduct tours in the Town Hall.

Only the main floor is wheelchair accessible, there is no wheelchair accessible toilet in the Town Hall.

From 25 June to 31 August, the Town Hall is open Mon-Sat 10-16
Closed on 20 August and 28 August 2020.  
 
In summer the Town Hall is open from the Cellar to the Attic - four floors of history! 

Tickets: adults 5 €, students and disabled people 3 €, family ticket 10 € (2 adults with up to 4 children under 18 years). The ticket is valid for one entry on the day and time indicated on the ticket. 
Free with Tallinn Card  25.06-31.08 during the opening hours.

NB! The visit of the Town Hall does not include the visit of the Town Hall Tower.

The TOWN HALL TOWER is open 15 May - 15 September every day 11-18. Last admission at 17.30. 
Closed 23-24 June. 

Tickets and entrance to the tower at a separate entrance right under the tower, next to the tavern III Dragon.
