ORIGINAL ARTWORKS FROM PRIVATE COLLECTIONS.
Exhibition in Tallinn Town Hall from 5 June to 5 October 2015: Artworks by European Old Masters from the 15th-17th century.
This summer, Tallinn Town Hall has the privilege of hosting a unique exhibition that includes original artworks by such masters as Pieter & Jan Brueghel, Lucas Cranach, Peter Paul Rubens, Albrecht Dürer, David Teniers, Jakob von Hulsdonck, Jacob Savery, Jan Massys etc.
The artworks come from private collections from all over the world.
The exhibition is open from 5 June 2014 to 5 October 2015 every day 9.30-17.30. Last admission at 17.00. However, art lovers should not leave the visit until the last minute. There are 90 magnificent artworks on 2 floors of the Town Hall. Allow enough time for your visit! Most visitors spend 1-1,5 hours at the exhibition, but a real art lover should allow 2-3 hours.
Reduced entrance fees 18 September - 5 October are as follows:
Adult 10 €
Senior citizen (65 + years) 6 €
Students, pupils 3 €.
The exhibition covers the whole town hall and changes temporarily the appearance of the interiors. Temporary partition walls have been built in order to display the paintings (even in the Citizens Hall and the Council Chamber), thus leaving less space for visitors in the halls. Most of the seats have been removed. Consequently, the maximum group size we can allow is 20 people. Therefore, no tours can be conducted during the exhibition. Group visits must be booked in advance email@example.com
We cannot receive groups or individual visitors outside the opening hours, nor can we rent the town hall for receptions or concerts.
